I am an Executive Coach and Marketing Consultant with over 30 years of experience across France and Vietnam as a senior executive, consultant, and entrepreneur.
My career has taken me through leadership roles in business development, marketing, and community engagement, managing diverse teams, building brands, and driving strategic growth across sectors like Retail, F&B, and Education.
Eighteen years ago, I moved to Vietnam with my family and quickly embraced a new professional and cultural environment.
Leading multicultural teams across borders taught me how essential it is to understand people deeply, communicate clearly, and build strong, trust-based dynamics.
I care deeply about people, and I believe great results come from alignment, clarity, and a strong team culture.
Today, I bring all of that into my work, supporting leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations to grow with intention, connect with their purpose, and move forward with confidence.
